Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.

The role involves

  • conducting assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy.
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals to support communication goals.
  • Adapting approaches for clients with behavioral or mental health challenges, documenting progress, and participating in team meetings and trainings.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current state licensure, and strong assessment and communication skills. Preferred credentials include ASHA CCC-SLP and experience with AAC systems and mental health support.

    Salary ranges from $75,000-$85,000 with a flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. We value diversity and encourage all qualified applicants to apply.
