Seeking a motivated Speech Therapist to join a welcoming, person-centered home environment on a scenic campus with 12 small residences.
Evaluate and treat patients with diverse diagnoses following physician’s orders.
Provide skilled speech therapy using evidence-based methods, focusing on speech, voice, swallowing, and language.
Complete documentation, develop care plans, and set personalized goals.
Screen patients, offer referrals, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance rehabilitation.
Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
Full-time role offering $70,000-$90,000/year with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply.
