Speech-Language Pathologist – Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with an interest in feeding/swallowing disorders to join our team.

Our practice offers built-in paperwork time, 40-minute sessions, and weekly interdisciplinary staff meetings. We provide competitive pay ($28-$38.25/hr), monthly bonuses, full benefits (health, dental, 401(k), continuing ed, paid time off), and opportunities for growth and leadership development.

We serve children ages 0-18, focusing on family-centered, evidence-based care in both in-clinic and teletherapy settings. Candidates should have an accredited SLP degree, Montana license (or eligibility), and excellent communication skills. Experience in private practice and feeding/swallowing is preferred but not required.
