Therapist (Pre-Licensed and Licensed)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide mental health and substance use disorder services.

Position Overview:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure ethical documentation.

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, participate in team meetings, offer crisis support, and provide psycho-education.

Qualifications:
Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field; licensed or in a pre-licensed supervision program in Idaho; minimum 2 years of clinical experience; knowledge of evidence-based models preferred; strong communication skills.
