Speech Therapist

Job Description

Provides therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team for adult and geriatric patients.

Key responsibilities include effective communication with physicians and patients, completing documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Assesses patients, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and monitors progress toward therapy goals.

Possesses skills to evaluate developmental levels in pediatric and geriatric populations, incorporating these into tailored education and care.

Participates in quality improvement activities and collaborates within the treatment team.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program, a current CA license, and BLS certification. Hospital experience preferred; new grads considered.

This is a part-time, contract position with pay ranging from $40.00 to $55.00 per hour. Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Manteca, CA.
