Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on speech, swallowing, and cognitive functions.

Responsibilities include evaluating clients, setting and adjusting goals, treating and restoring communication and swallowing functions, advising families, assessing adaptive equipment needs, and coordinating care with team members.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, two years of experience, CCC certification or in progress, and valid driver’s license for home visits.

Skills required are strong communication, clinical judgment, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to handle physical demands. Must meet health and safety requirements, including CPR and TB screening.

Work environment involves travel to private homes, with variable conditions. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and dental/vision coverage.
