Job Description
Make a positive impact on K-12 students’ lives while living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, at a residential treatment facility and public school serving students aged 8-21 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Provide individual, family, and crisis intervention using trauma-informed approaches such as DBT, Love & Logic, and Handle With Care.
Develop behavior and safety plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, staff, and families.
Complete documentation and evaluations in compliance with regulations.
Participate in monthly on-call responsibilities shared with the clinical team.
Must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field, and a Wyoming license.
Position is full-time, contracted for approximately 225 days per year, with salary based on experience and education.
