Job Description
The Program Manager oversees daily operations of the Graf Rheeneerhaanjii program, including planning, project implementation, staff supervision, and fiscal management.
Adheres to the TCC Ch’eghwtsen’ model, emphasizing timely, respectful, and compassionate service.
Responsibilities include acting as a liaison with community stakeholders, monitoring program progress, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with accreditation and licensing standards, coordinating client services, and facilitating staff training.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human services (master’s preferred), five years of relevant experience with supervisory roles, a valid driver’s license, and passing background checks.
Skills required include experience with mental health and adolescent services, strong communication, cultural awareness, and knowledge of confidentiality regulations.
Supervises up to nine staff members and may require village travel and physical effort.
