Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a mobile, home-based role in Eastern North Carolina within a 1-hour radius of Wilson, NC.

  • Provide advanced wound assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage both acute and chronic wounds.
  • Perform debridement, apply skin substitutes, manage NPWT, and implement compression therapy.
  • Order labs, prescribe medications, and ensure compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners and educate patients and caregivers.

    • Qualified candidates hold active NC NP/PA licenses, board certification, and have at least 2 years of experience. Preferred certifications include wound care credentials and experience with skin substitutes or NPWT.
