Job Description

Join a dedicated mental health treatment team as a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Milton, NH, working Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekend on-call rotation.

Make a meaningful difference by providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, developing and managing individualized treatment and medication plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support adolescents and young adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities include prescribing medications, responding to crises, educating residents and families, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have an MSN with PMHNP certification, active NH license, 2+ years of psychiatric experience, and strong knowledge of trauma-informed care.
