Job Description

We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an 8-hour weekly role (Tues, Wed, Fri).

  • Provide urgent care and occupational health services, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and injury management.
  • Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and basic interventions.
  • Order and interpret labs and imaging, and coordinate patient care referrals.
  • Conduct health evaluations, promote wellness, and perform employment physicals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR.

    • Qualifications include active WV license, BLS, 3+ years NP/PA experience, 4+ years urgent care/emergency medicine, with occupational medicine and DOT physicals a plus. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
