We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.
Ensure high-quality, safe resident care by supervising nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Act as the clinical decision-maker on weekends, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers as needed.
Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing or operational issues in real-time.
Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience, strong assessment skills, and excellent communication.
