Nursing Supervisor (RN) Charge Nurse – Full-time Night shift- $10,000 Sign-on bonus

Job Description

The Nursing Supervisor – RN position is a full-time night role in Madison, Wisconsin, offering three 12-hour shifts with an every other weekend rotation and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Our inpatient rehab hospital specializes in compassionate care for patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and traumas.

Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification at hire, ACLS within 6 months, with preferred experience in supervisory roles and CRRN certification.
