Job Description

Join our Level III NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Lead neonatal resuscitations and care for both term and preterm infants from day one.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional outcomes.

Utilize advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport.

Participate in simulations, quality improvement, and mentoring.

Schedule: 24/7 coverage with flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts, structured handoffs, no formal call.

Requirements: Certification as NNP or PA, ≥2 years NICU experience, procedural skills, passion for family-centered care.
