Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner in Sioux Falls, SD, offering up to $120,000/year.
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan, including newborns, children, and adults, with optional routine OB visits for low-risk pregnancies. Perform assessments, manage follow-up care, interpret labs, and develop treatment plans in a supportive, inclusive environment. Collaborate with staff, engage in outreach, and contribute to clinic growth while promoting evidence-based functional wellness, midwifery, and women’s health services. Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, SD NP/CNP license, DEA certification, and current BLS/NRP credentials. Preferred pediatric experience, professionalism, compassion, and a desire to positively impact a small organization.
