Job Description
The Primary Care Practitioner is a full-time, exempt role responsible for delivering primary care services and overseeing clinic operations.
They will examine, diagnose, and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other providers, support staff, and community resources.
Qualifications include an APRN license, at least three years of primary care experience, prescribing privileges, and strong communication skills. Supervisory experience is preferred.
