Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for various medical issues, including pain management.

Perform procedures such as injections, venipuncture, and IV insertions; manage acute and chronic conditions.

Coordinate care, provide health education, and support clinical decision-making through lab work and diagnostics.

Maintain medical documentation adhering to HIPAA and coding standards.
