Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality care across OR, Preop, and PACU departments.

As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee patient care from admission to discharge, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities include developing policies, supervising staff, updating care plans, managing documentation, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare, outpatient or hospital care, and proficiency with medical records systems.

This full-time role averages 32 hours weekly, with shifts Monday-Thursday, no nights or weekends.

Salary is $100,000 annually, with higher pay for certified nurse sedation, plus benefits such as 401(k), insurance, PTO, and professional development.
