We are seeking MST Therapists to provide intensive, family-focused treatment for adolescents with behavioral challenges, working in homes and community settings in Waterville, Androscoggin County, Dexter, Dover-Foxcroft, Guilford, and surrounding areas.

This role involves collaborating with families, schools, probation, and child welfare to promote lasting change through evidence-based practices such as MST-PSB, family therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, are licensed or on track for licensure, and have experience working with families in emotionally challenging situations. Flexibility, teamwork, and a desire for professional growth are essential.
