Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN to join our Home Health team.

Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within legal scope of practice.

Collaborate with healthcare team and assist in developing therapy plans.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress.

Must hold current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and have reliable transportation for patient visits.
