Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients with mental health and substance use challenges. You will develop personalized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.Collaborate with healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate documentation.Participate in team meetings and provide crisis support.Offer psycho-education to clients and families.Follow ethical and legal standards in service delivery.Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.Licensed or seeking licensure in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or pre-licensed with supervision.At least 2 years of clinical experience.Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.Compassionate, ethical, and team-oriented.Benefits:
