Job Description

The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting.

  • Delivers clinical care, leads therapy groups, and develops treatment plans to meet licensing standards.
  • Coordinates care, collaborates with referral sources, and ensures continuity of services post-discharge.
  • Maintains clinical documentation, promotes recovery-focused interventions, and supports staff development.
  • Participates in supervision, on-call coverage, and upholds confidentiality with professionalism.

    • Requirements include a master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D.), licensure in Maine, and experience in addiction treatment. Skills in clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and organization are essential.

    This full-time, salaried role operates in a residential environment, with scheduled hours Tuesday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and on-call duties as needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance. Salary starts at $90,000 annually.
