We seek a full-time Outpatient Therapist with a master’s in social work or psychology to provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults with emotional disturbances, disabilities, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders in Bad Axe, MI.

**Responsibilities include:**
– Providing individual and family therapy with evidence-based methods
– Facilitating therapeutic or psycho-educational groups
– Handling clinical documentation, authorizations, and liaising with community agencies
– Utilizing person-centered and short-term treatment approaches
– Attending staff meetings, supervision, and participating in on-call emergency coverage
– Supporting culturally-informed, trauma-informed, and recovery-based practices

**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
– Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred; current Michigan license (LMSW or similar) required
– Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to trauma-informed care
