Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist provides individualized treatment plans for clients with speech and swallowing issues, ensuring safe and effective therapy in home health settings.
- Evaluates clients’ speech, language, and swallowing functions; develops and adjusts treatment programs.
- Implements therapy techniques, educates clients and families, and assesses adaptive equipment needs.
- Coordinates with healthcare team, documents care, and monitors client progress.
- Participates in staff training, maintains compliance with regulations, and manages caseloads.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, two years of experience, CCC certification or in progress, and valid driver’s license.
The role involves travel to client homes, physical activity, and working in variable environments, with benefits including health insurance and a salary range of $85,000-$95,000 annually.
