Job Description

  • Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language function.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to improve patient communication, administer therapy, and recommend communication aids.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in case conferences, document notes, and maintain clinical competency.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans; supervise home health aides as needed.

    • Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, relevant licensure or supervised clinical hours, national exam completion, and at least one year of clinical experience.
