Overview:

We are hiring masters-level therapists with a current or eligible Kansas license for a social worker or counselor role at a rural hospital in Satanta, KS.

The Intensive Outpatient program has achieved high treatment outcomes in rural Kansas.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating group therapy and maintaining charts
• Completing psychosocial assessments
• Assisting with treatment and discharge planning
• Conducting utilization reviews

This small, supportive program is part of a cohesive hospital team, providing meaningful mental health services, especially for geriatric populations.

Qualifications include a master’s level social work or counselor license (or license-eligible) in Kansas, with experience in geriatric needs and both individual and group therapy.
