Job Description
The Program Manager oversees the daily operations of the Graf Rheeneerhaanjii program, including program planning, staff supervision, fiscal management, and compliance.
Responsibilities include acting as a liaison with community stakeholders, monitoring program progress, managing staff and ensuring 24/7 service coverage, and maintaining records.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in a human services field, five years of social services experience with supervisory roles, and knowledge of mental health, Native cultures, and confidentiality regulations.
Skills needed are strong communication, team collaboration, crisis intervention, and familiarity with local mental health services.
Supervision involves managing up to 9 staff members, with physical demands including lifting and village travel.
