Wound Care Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner (PA-C / NP)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide advanced wound management in patients’ homes within a 1-hour radius of Wilson, NC.

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic wounds.
• Perform debridement, apply skin substitutes, manage wound vacs, and implement compression therapy.
• Order labs, prescribe medications, and ensure compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, educate patients and caregivers.

Qualifications include active NC NP or PA license, board certification, 2+ years’ experience, and reliable transportation. Preferred skills include wound care certification, experience with skin substitutes and NPWT, and home health background.
