Job Description

We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI. This full-time day shift position involves three 12-hour shifts with an every-other-weekend rotation, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The role includes

  • leading and supporting nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and collaborating with the healthcare team,
  • overseeing documentation via EPIC, and interpreting diagnostic data,
  • promoting quality improvement and patient education.

    • Qualifications include a

  • valid RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS within 6 months.
    • Preferred experience includes
  • 2+ years as an RN,
  • 1+ year in a supervisory role,
    • and
  • CRRN certification is a plus.
