RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care.

Act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers.

Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing needs in real-time.

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across shifts.

Qualifications: Valid RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend experience preferred, strong assessment and leadership skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication.
