Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Director for a skilled nursing facility offering long-term and short-term care.
Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations. Develop and implement policies to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. Coordinate care plans with healthcare professionals and oversee hospice, home health, and home care services. Maintain accurate medical documentation and manage nursing supplies. Lead a team of nurses, CNAs, and LEAs, ensuring efficient operations. Handle multiple priorities with strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Requires RN license, CPR certification, and experience in hospice and home health care. Benefits include retirement contributions, paid vacation, sick leave, personal days, and holidays. Compensation starts at $40/hour. This is an in-person leadership role with rotating on-call shifts.
