Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding physician practice seeking a dedicated Medical Provider to deliver care across multiple facilities, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality medical care, maintaining proper documentation, participating in medical staff duties, and supporting quality assurance, utilization management, and peer reviews. The role involves travel to various locations, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to operational and strategic improvements. The provider will serve on committees, foster positive relationships, and act as a role model for staff.
