Join a physician-owned primary care group with multiple Rhode Island locations dedicated to restoring patient-provider relationships and enhancing access to care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive adult primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and personalized care plans.
- Conduct preventive services such as screenings and vaccinations, and promote wellness education.
- Deliver value-based care by utilizing data to identify care gaps and support population health.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance.
- Drive practice innovation and achieve clinical and financial goals.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with active US medical license.
- Experience in adult primary care, chronic disease management, and related fields.
- Interest in value-based care and practice transformation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
