Established in 1992, our private, physician-owned family practice has grown over 30+ years, serving communities across 6 Northern Michigan counties with high-value primary care in 11 clinics.

We have a unique opportunity for a full-time family practice physician at our Manistee clinic, practicing small-town medicine amidst scenic four seasons just south of Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore.

Schedule: 32 hours/week, rotating on-call with 9 other physicians, including one Saturday shift every 1-2 months.
