Job Description

Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician*.

  • Be part of an experienced team of four providers, offering comprehensive rehabilitation therapies and programs.
  • Provide leadership for a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit and outpatient clinic.
  • Work collaboratively to evaluate, manage, and develop personalized care plans for approximately 10 inpatients daily.
  • Assist in quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards.
  • Opportunities for outpatient clinic practice are available, with a chance to shape department vision.
  • Schedule includes full-time hours Monday to Friday, with call as needed, and flexible shift options.
  • Qualifications include MD or DO, BC/BE in PM&R, with licensing required.
  • Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K, with benefits such as sign-on bonus, relocation, paid time off, CME, health and retirement plans, malpractice insurance, loan repayment, and more.
  • Relocation assistance provided; work involves in-person duties in Buffalo, NY.
