Job Description

We are a small, independent pediatrics practice in central San Diego seeking a board-certified/eligible pediatrician to join our team.

  • Ideal candidate is knowledgeable, friendly, and a team player who values building relationships with patients and families.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a smaller practice with a focus on work-life balance.
  • Provide outpatient care, including well-child visits, managing chronic conditions, and treating acute illnesses and injuries.
  • This position is Monday through Friday, averaging 20 patients per day, with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem.
  • No hospital rounds, newborn rounding, or weekend shifts.
  • Offers a competitive salary starting at $250,000, paid vacation, medical benefits, malpractice and license fees, and a 401K with match and profit-sharing.
