Job Description
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist for a part-time role (10–20 hours/week) in a compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health organization in Thomaston, GA.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment oversight for adult and adolescent clients in IOP/PHP programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Offer clinical supervision and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings to review client progress.
- Support trauma-informed, evidence-based, recovery-oriented care.
Qualifications include an MD or DO, active Georgia medical license, DEA license, and psychiatric board certification or eligibility. Experience with IOP/PHP or dual-diagnosis populations is preferred.
