Family Practice Physician – Critical Access Hospital

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) for a 25-bed critical access hospital in Shell Lake, WI.

Our physicians work 4 weekdays in clinics, with rotating ER call (4-6 nights/month) and hospital rounding, providing diverse patient care including diagnoses, treatments, and preventative services.

Responsibilities include staying current with medical practices, utilizing EMR, promoting communication, and participating in hospital duties. Requirements: MD or DO, board certification, WI licensure (or pursuing), DEA, BLS/ACLS, and ATLS certification (PALS/CALS preferred).
