Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified/Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.

Provide comprehensive, compassionate care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain timely documentation, meet quality and safety standards.

Serve as Medical Director for facilities, with opportunities for additional directorship earnings.

Travel between facilities; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call).

Qualifications: MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation; experience in post-acute care preferred.
