Job Description
Join our expanding therapy team as a Speech Language Pathologist, offering full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with competitive pay ($50-$60/hr).
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders to improve residents’ quality of life.
Develop and revise individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate referrals, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Maintain professional standards, participate in continuing education, and adapt to evolving clinical practices.
Must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state license, and relevant experience, preferably in long-term care.
Require excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, along with flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and travel.
