Job Description

Join our expanding therapy team as a Speech Language Pathologist, offering full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with competitive pay ($50-$60/hr).

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders to improve residents’ quality of life.
  • Develop and revise individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate referrals, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  • Maintain professional standards, participate in continuing education, and adapt to evolving clinical practices.
  • Must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state license, and relevant experience, preferably in long-term care.
  • Require excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, along with flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and travel.
