Speech Language Pathologist – $5,000 BONUS

Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech therapy services, helping patients improve communication and swallowing functions.

Deliver care per state regulations and patient care plans

Evaluate patients’ abilities and develop treatment plans

Document sessions and educate patients, families, and caregivers

Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings

Maintain accurate records and adjust care as needed

Qualifications: Current Oregon SLP license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Pay: Up to $105,000/year.

Location: Corvallis, OR (relocation required).
