Job Description
We are hiring a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $2,500 sign-on bonus to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and supporting clients with behavioral and mental health challenges through trauma-informed approaches.
Qualifications require a Master’s degree, current state licensure, and preferably ASHA CCC-SLP certification. Strong assessment and communication skills, along with teamwork ability, are essential. Experience with AAC systems and mental health support is a plus.
