Licensed Independent Social Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide trauma-informed behavioral health services in a new agency.

Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Maintain documentation in compliance with various standards and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Support discharge planning, crisis intervention, and staff training while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Coordinate care with referral agencies and provide clinical consultation to staff.

Requirements: Master’s degree, valid LISW licensure, experience with evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT), and 8-10 years of related experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and adaptability are essential.

Pay & Benefits: $65,000-$72,000/year, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Work Environment: In-person position focused on supporting children, adolescents, and families.
