Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, supporting excellent departmental outcomes.

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and obtain physician approvals.
• Deliver treatments aligned with current clinical practices, document services accurately, and communicate progress with the care team and families.
• Supervise clinical staff and contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts, including meetings and family education.
• Maintain professional development through continuing education and peer interactions.
• Promote a positive facility culture, demonstrate safe work practices, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CCC-SLP certification, California license or license eligible, CPR certification if required.

Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform patient therapy tasks, with flexibility for desk work. Competitive pay rate of $65-$75/hour, benefits include health insurance.
