School Based Speech Language Pathologist – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a Buffalo-area school serving grades K-8. Eligible full-time employees receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus, with $1,250 paid at hire and $1,250 after 6 months. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and developing intervention plans for students with communication disorders, collaborating with educational and healthcare professionals, and maintaining documentation. The role requires a Master’s degree, NY State licensure or CFY eligibility, ASHA certification or CFY eligibility, and appropriate certification (TSSLD or TSHH). The SLP will supervise CFYs and TSSLDs, participate in ongoing professional development, and communicate regularly with families. Physical requirements include various movements and sensory abilities necessary to work with pediatric students in person.
