This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year.
Position Overview: Provide direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, contributing to excellent therapy outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, communicate with patients, families, and medical teams, document services accurately, supervise clinical staff, and participate in interdisciplinary team activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote professional development.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California license or candidate status, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, and current CPR certification if required. Strong communication, teamwork, and safe working practices are essential.
Work Details: Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week, hourly pay between $65-$70, with benefits including health insurance. In-person role with physical demands including patient interaction and documentation tasks.
