Job Description
Part-time/PRN licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Work with patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia.
Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuous care.
Record notes and maintain documentation within the health information system.
Must hold current SLP license and a valid driver’s license.
Work primarily on the road, with a flexible schedule Monday to Friday.
