Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups facing mental health or substance use challenges. You will develop personalized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings and provide crisis support. Offer psycho-education to clients and families. Adhere to ethical and legal standards.Qualifications:
Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or in clinical master’s program seeking supervised licensure. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience. Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based models preferred. Compassionate, ethical, team-oriented, and motivated to help clients.Benefits:
