Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist provides in-home therapy services, developing and implementing treatment plans to improve clients’ speech, swallowing, and cognitive functions.
Evaluates clients’ speech, language, and swallowing; sets and adjusts personalized goals.
Administers therapy exercises, advises families, and assesses adaptive equipment needs.
Documents progress, communicates with healthcare team, and ensures compliance with regulations.
Coordinates care, provides education, and manages caseload effectively.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, two years’ experience, and certification (CCC).
Must have good communication skills, computer proficiency, and reliable transportation for home visits.
This full-time role offers $85,000-$95,000 annually, with benefits including insurance and 401(k). Physical and travel demands are involved, with responsibilities in diverse home environments.
