Job Description

We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) dedicated to personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.

The SLP will:

  • Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans using specialized techniques and equipment
  • Recommend communication aids and devices
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for coordinated care
  • Participate in meetings, complete documentation, and maintain clinical competency
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers, and refer to additional services as needed
  • Supervise home health aides related to speech therapy procedures

    • Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, valid state licensure, at least one year of clinical experience, and successful completion of required clinical hours and examinations. The role offers a flexible schedule, with in-person work in patients’ homes, fostering a family-like work environment.
