Job Description
We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) dedicated to personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
The SLP will:
Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs
Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans using specialized techniques and equipment
Recommend communication aids and devices
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for coordinated care
Participate in meetings, complete documentation, and maintain clinical competency
Educate patients, families, and caregivers, and refer to additional services as needed
Supervise home health aides related to speech therapy procedures
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, valid state licensure, at least one year of clinical experience, and successful completion of required clinical hours and examinations.
